Barbecue Seasoning Pulverizer – Optional Pulse Dust Collector for Dust-Free Workshops
The Barbecue Seasoning Pulverizer is a large commercial disk-type crushing machine made of 304 stainless steel, compliant with food safety standards, clean and hygienic. It is widely used in food factories, seasoning manufacturers, pharmaceutical plants, and the chemical industry to meet diverse material pulverizing needs.
Features
High-Efficiency Grinding:
Utilizing the high-speed relative motion between the moving and fixed toothed discs, the material is ground through impact, friction, and collision, achieving a fineness of 10–120 mesh (finer than flour). The particle size can be easily adjusted by replacing the sieve, making operation convenient.Clean & Eco-Friendly:
Can be equipped with a cyclone separator, dust collector, or pulse dust removal system to ensure dust-free production workshops. The collected powder can be recycled for reuse.Multiple Options:
Supports stand-alone use or integration with single/double cyclone dust removal, water/air cooling system, and explosion-proof motors. Configurations can be flexibly chosen according to material characteristics, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Environmental Protection & Safety Design
The machine can be optionally equipped with cyclone dust collector, airlock discharger, and pulse dust removal system to achieve dust-free production. An explosion-proof motor is also available, reducing safety risks and ensuring more reliable operation.
Flexible Configuration
The pulverizer can be used as a stand-alone unit or combined with various auxiliary devices:
- Single / double cyclone dust removal
- Pulse dust removal system
- Water cooling or air cooling device
Different materials require different solutions:
- High-dust materials (e.g. starch, flour): recommend pulse dust removal
- Low-dust materials: choose standard dust collection
- Corrosive materials: require 304 stainless steel
- Sugary or easily melted materials: add a cooling system
Wide Applications
Suitable for processing a variety of dry and brittle raw materials:
- Food Grains: rice, wheat, corn, soybean, quinoa, black rice, glutinous rice, mung bean, etc.
- Seasonings & Spices: chili, Sichuan pepper, star anise, cumin, bay leaves, spice blends, dried condiments, etc.
- Medicinal Materials: traditional Chinese medicine slices, root herbs, etc.
- Chemical Raw Materials: industrial salt, urea, fertilizer, alkali flakes, crystalline salt, sodium/magnesium sulfate, monopotassium phosphate, etc.
