Working Principle

The vibrating sieve operates through high-frequency vibration generated by the vibration motor. Materials are fed onto the top screen deck and move in a circular motion across the screen surface. Particles smaller than the mesh openings pass through to the next level, while oversized particles are discharged from the side outlet. The multi-layer design allows simultaneous separation into multiple size fractions in a single operation, significantly improving screening efficiency and product quality.
